Booking conditions
- Prices per night and per apartment for 2 (two) persons
- An occupancy of 2 - 4 adult persons per apartment is possible
- Each additional person: € 12.00 per night
- Minimum stay: in the season 1 - 5 nights; in the season 2 - 5 nights.
- Parking: parking fee per car and night - € 2.00
- On arrival & departure: at 3 p.m. and departure at 10.00 (unless otherwise agreed)
- Payment: The payment takes place on the day of arrival, on the following day at the latest until 6 pm in cash.
Extra bed prices for an additional person:
- Season 2 and Easter: € 12.00
- Season 1, Winter Holiday, Rennsteig run, New Year's Eve: 15,00 €
- Biathlon: 15,00 - 50,00 € depending on the residence time
Trip cancellation / rebooking / replacement tenant
The tenant can at any time before the start of the rental period of rental contract or a replacement tenant. The declaration of withdrawal or replacement tenant is to take effect from the day on which you in writing (by post, fax or e-mail) reaches us. All cancellations must be made in writing.
When not in use of the contractual services without written notice is the guest is obliged, 90% of the agreed price for the duration of the contract to pay. Travel resignation is the lessor shall be entitled, without further proof a flat-rate compensation to be calculated according to the following differentiation:
- Up to 45. The day before the intended departure: 10%
- 44. - 30. The day before the intended departure: 30%
- 29 to 22. The day before the intended departure: 70%
- From 21. Day until the intended departure: 90%
- When travel is interrupted during the stay are 100% of the contract price to pay.
The conclusion of a travel resignation cost insurance is highly recommended!
Significantly, also by telephone announced resignation, is in each case the date of receipt of the letter with the landlord. In case of no-show without notice, the apartment 24 hours after the arrival date for renting. A right to respect of the object is then no longer.
